Shipping Policy – MovaPaw 🐾

At MovaPaw, we know how exciting it is to receive something new for your dog, that’s why we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We aim to deliver your package to the nearest available pickup point whenever possible, so that collecting would be as easy as possible for you.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

  • Free shipping in Finland on orders over €55.
  • For orders under €55, a shipping fee of €5.90 applies in Finland.
  • Free shipping to Estonia on orders over €120; otherwise, the standard shipping fee applies.
  • Free shipping to Åland on orders over €150; otherwise, the standard shipping fee applies. 

  • We also ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France – standard shipping rates apply.

Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Standard pickup point delivery is shipped via Matkahuolto. Home delivery is carried out either by Posti or Matkahuolto.

You can track your order at matkahuolto.fi or posti.fi.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays or high demand). If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
