What kind of return policy do we have?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Yes, all products are returnable except gift cards. Other products have a 14-day return period, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
When will I get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, during which your order will arrive to you.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Product measurements are always provided in the product details to help you choose the right size for your dog. If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
How much does delivery cost?

Shipping within Finland costs €5.90.

All orders over €55 are shipped free of charge.
How long is the MovaPaw Gift Card Valid.

The MovaPaw gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of your purchase. You can choose whether the gift card is sent directly to your email or straight to the recipient’s email address.
