Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy – MovaPaw 🐾

At MovaPaw, we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us first before sending the item back. This helps us ensure a smooth and quick return process.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Costs (In Finland)

Returns are free of shipping charges.

However, a €6 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return costs (other EU countries, excluding Finland)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, also from other EU countries.

A €6 handling fee will be charged for the return.
In addition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that a €6 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to help.

We understand that sometimes the size may not fit perfectly or the color may not meet expectations. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

A handling fee of only €2.90 applies to exchanges. Exchanges must be arranged by contacting us directly, and the standard €6 return fee won't apply to the exchange.

Once we have confirmed that the exchange is possible, the customer places a new order for the desired product through our online store. After this, we will provide a return label for returning the original product.

Please note that this only applies to exchanges arranged through us. If you return the product separately and place a new order yourself through our online store, normal return and shipping fees will apply.
